This is lekker
It started as a hobby that got out of hand, born out of frustration. The average cosmetics label is so full of complicated terms that hardly anyone can tell what's inside. And yet you put it on your skin every day. When it comes to food, you want to know what you're eating, right? So why not with your personal care?
That's why I, Dewi, started The Lekker Company. The Lekker Company makes personal care natural and easy to understand. We translate every label into plain language, so you know exactly what you're putting on your skin. Our products are vegan, made with ingredients of 100% natural origin and free from added microplastics. We package them in cardboard and refills, avoiding (virgin) plastic where we can.

A simple mission
The Lekker approach to skincare is simple. Keep your skin healthy and happy by using natural and nourishing ingredients, such as organic coconut oil and rapeseed wax.
All the ingredients in Lekker products have been carefully selected to create 100% vegan formulas. We’re passionate about making honest skincare – with ingredients we’re just as happy to talk about as we are about what’s in your breakfast.

No fuss
At lekker, we like to keep things as simple and transparent as possible. All the ingredients used in lekker products are listed on the packaging in easy-to-understand terms. That way, you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin.
Meet the team
From the left, we have Account Manager Daan, our reliable sales lead extraordinaire! Daan is a serious board game enthusiast and works hard to bring lekker closer to you. Interested in working with us? Daan is ready to help; give him a call or send him an email at daan@thelekkercompany.com.
Next to him is Esther, our new Marketing Manager! You'll often see her in our social media content, but she's also a huge data nerd. Outside of the office, you'll find her cooking up vegetarian dishes with a glass of natural wine in hand.
And then there's Dewi, the driving force behind The Lekker Company! She started lekker with €200, 100 glass jars, and Pinterest. Since then, she's grown The Lekker Company to where it is today and is responsible for all our upcoming new product launches. Dewi is often on the road telling the lekker story. She's an animal lover who named her cat Tofu.
Feddo, to Dewi's right, is our co-owner, the one who wakes you up for a good Excel meeting. He can often be found in the Scheveningen dunes with his family. We talk to Feddo on the phone when we need to make complicated calculations and discuss long-term plans.
And on the far right is Iris, our Operations Manager with a soft spot for karaoke. She's not only known as our office voice, but she's also responsible for ensuring all our delicious products reach their destination.
