Your role at Lekker
You’ll be our Marketing Manager, but in reality, you’ll be the Head of Marketing from day one.
We don’t have a large team (yet), but we’re working hard on that. So if you thrive on ownership and also see yourself growing with a team around you: let’s go.
Together with the founder (Dewi), you’ll define the direction, come up with campaigns, and execute them yourself. From social to PR, from newsletters to influencer collaborations if you can dream it and do it, you’ll fit right in here.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute campaigns from strategy to TikTok
- Manage social channels with flair (and strong captions)
- Set up collaborations with influencers & brands
- Write newsletters people actually click on
- Handle press outreach and PR (yes, including confidently picking up the phone)
- Build partnerships with other great brands
- Get creative with smaller budgets
- Always look for ways to turn more people into Lekker fans
You are someone who…
✅ Has at least 2 years of experience in marketing (at a brand or agency)
✅ Loves authentic brands with a mission
✅ Can manage campaigns independently from A to Z
✅ Is creative and resourceful, even without a million-euro budget
✅ Speaks and writes fluent Dutch (a must!)
✅ Thrives in a small team with short lines of communication
✅ Is eager to grow as we continue to grow (and we are!)
Bonus points if you also…
🌈 Have experience in FMCG or with retail brands
🖍️ Are skilled with design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma…)
🌍 Speak an additional language
